We want you to be as satisfied with your item(s) as humanly possible, so we will accept returns for any of the following situations.
1) Faulty item
Should you receive an item from us that you feel does not match the original product description, we ask that you simply send us a note
This note should contain the Paypal transaction ID relating to the order in question, the faulty item's name, SKU (available from the original product page) and a detailed description of the fault. In some cases, we may also ask to see high-quality photos of the described fault to determine the best course of action.
Please note that returns are granted on a case-by-case basis and will require you to return the item to us in its original condition, before the refund process can begin.
2) Missing item
Should the item not be delivered within the estimated timeframes
for your region of residency, please do let us know
This note should contain your name along with the Paypal transaction ID
relating to your order.
We will then look to locate the whereabouts of your order and provide an update on its estimated delivery.
If it is not possible to locate your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund (including postage) to your original payment method within 3-5 days
3) Consumer Law (EU Only)
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
advise that you have fourteen (14) calendar days
to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased - including the cost of delivery if you have paid for shipping.
The fourteen calendar days starts from the day after you receive your order.

This note should confirm that you wish to cancel your contract with us under the EU Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2013.
Once we receive your purchased item(s) in their original condition, we will aim to process your refund request within seven (7) working days
