@Viticci of Mac Stories is today reporting that even though the iPad Wi-Fi and 3G model has only been available for just over half a day, The Dev Team have already managed to completely jailbreak the device.
Apparently it wasn’t as hard as first thought, with the team revealing the firmwares for both the iPad Wi-Fi and iPad Wi-Fi and 3G are practically identical, it wasn’t a surprise to hear the exploit just ran on the newer device, just as it did on the iPad Wi-Fi model.
The video below shows the new ‘Spirit’ jailbreak exploit working, with Cydia and iSSH cleared having been installed on the model, successfully.
