Buying tracks featured in Apple Ad’s … – [Updated]

It’s apparent Apple have a certain ‘nack’ of picking up-beat, and fairly original music for the backing of their adverts. Now, I don’t know about you lot, but most times if I like the track, I’ll go in search for it on iTunes and actually buy it! … – That’s wrong isn’t it? – Tell me it’s wrong – I’m very easily influenced – but somehow, Apple’s adverts always seem to introduce me to ever more interesting artists I actually end up buying more music from.

Taking, for example the recently released advert for iPod nano – Nano-Cromatic. The song featured is ‘Bruises’ by Chairlift [ iTunes Store ] – It’s so catchy. Seriously, you need this song in your library. The culmination of electronic beats, drum machines, and catchy lyrics – it’s a recipe for success.

The second ad featured was for iPod touch. Again up-beat, the song featured this time was ‘Around the Bend’ by ‘The Asteroids Galaxy Tour’. Now this track (surprisingly) is currently not available on iTunes UK, but is available on iTunes US and others [ iTunes Store ].

Apple choose the most up-to-date original music ever for their adverts, it’s delicious.
But you knew that.

Do you buy tracks featured by Apple? – If so, leave a comment below.
Surely I’m not the only one?
