While US customers had their fun in receiving shipment notifications yesterday of their devices starting to ship from Shanghai, Hong Kong, others sat in the other 4 launch countries were eagerly awaiting their shipment statuses to move from “Not Yet Shipped”.
A few minutes ago, we started receiving reports from some of our readers that their own pre-order shipment statuses have in fact moved into the “Prepared for Shipment” stages.
Confirmed by my own iPhone 4 (32GB Black) order, which was ordered via Apple.com here in the UK, moving into the ‘Prepared for Shipment” stages, it seems Apple is in the process of moving all UK orders into the final stages before actual shipment.
Twitter user @AndyMallins was also quick to let us know his order had changed status just a few minutes ago.
“@razorianfly I’m prepared for shipment.”
With delivery slated for Thursday and our sources quick to tell us that UK iPhone 4 pre-orders are already sat in distribution centers in Cork Ireland, we can see the next few days having lots of ORD, or as we like to call it – Obsessive Refreshing Disorder.
