Hulu Plus – Now Available for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad! [Update: Video Walkthrough!]

The US-Only TV content and media streaming service @Hulu today announced the launch of its premium all you can eat TV subscription service Hulu Plus.

The service which is set to cost users $9.99/mo will, according to social media blog @Mashable, allow for the viewing of all the episodes in show’s season, not just a few, plus every individual episode of select series such as The X-Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Law & Order and more – and if you’re interested in being one of the first to get in on Hulu Plus, from today you can register for an exclusive invite.

Alongside the announcement, @MacRumors is reporting that the ‘Hulu Plus’ app is now available from the App Store for FREE, with an invite needed to see some content. Other content in the app on the other hand is freely available to everyone, without the need for an invite to Hulu Plus.

Of course, with the service currently only available in the US, the Hulu Plus application which currently supports both iPhone, iPod touch and now iPad is also only available on iTunes US.

At $9.99/mo, its safe to say Hulu is positioning Hulu Plus as becoming a viable, internet-based, replacement to cable television for most US customers.

Update: @9to5Mac just posted a video walk-through of the app. Check it out below!
