Alongside being able to watch the company’s next special media event on Apple.com, which will mark the first-innings for newly appointed CEO John Ternus, Apple has confirmed in an e-mail sent out to developers tonight that it will also be offering a livestream of the keynote on both Apple TV and YouTube.

Surprise and Shine: John Ternus Gets His First Big Apple Moment
There’s something slightly surreal about the next Apple event.
For years, September has meant one thing: a new iPhone, a familiar stage, a familiar voice, and usually a very familiar face standing in front of the giant Apple logo.
This time, however, there’s a new name at the top of the company.
John Ternus.

Meet John Appleseed: Apple’s Longest-Serving Imaginary Customer
Before there was an iPhone customer, an Apple Pay customer or even a Siri contact, there was John Appleseed.
For years, Apple had a rather unusual recurring character hiding in plain sight.
He wasn’t an executive. He wasn’t a designer. He wasn’t an actor hired for an advert.
He was John Appleseed.

A Time Capsule: Tim Cook’s Final Note to Apple
There are Apple memos, and then there are Apple memos that feel like they belong in a time capsule.
Tim Cook’s final note to Apple employees as CEO is one of those.

Phil Schiller: The Man Who Knew How to Work a Keynote

John Ternus Is the Right Person to Lead Apple Into It’s Next Chapter
There is something strangely nostalgic about today.
For the first time in 15 years, Apple has a new CEO.
Tim Cook has officially stepped down from the role he took over from Steve Jobs in 2011, becoming executive chairman, while John Ternus takes the reins as Apple’s new chief executive. (Apple)
And while the temptation will be to immediately ask whether Ternus can be the next Steve Jobs, I think that’s the wrong question.

Goodbye, Tim: The End of an Apple Era
There are certain moments in technology that feel bigger than the news itself.
Today is one of them.
On September 1, 2026, Tim Cook officially stepped down as CEO of Apple, bringing an end to almost 15 years at the very top of one of the most influential companies in the world. John Ternus now takes over as CEO, while Tim Cook moves into the role of executive chairman. (Apple)
And, perhaps surprisingly, I’ve found myself thinking less about Apple’s stock price, quarterly results or what this means for the next iPhone.
Instead, I’ve been thinking about RazorianFly.
