Scratch that, the application functions over 3G and Edge too! – Although very unstable currently.

The application seems to need a persistent connection to wifi. It’s unclear as to whether the service works over Edge and/or 3G. The reason I’ve come to this conclusion is I tried to connect to the account (pictured above) and I got a ‘Cannot connect to Mobile chat’ alert message. I then switched to Wifi and my account continued to be successfully signed in through the MSN network
