    As I’m sure most of you will be aware, ngmoco finally unleashed We Rule to the world a few short day’s ago after there now standard Canadian testing. I’ve been playing this game for a while (as I have access to a Canadian iTunes account) and would like to give our impressions on this latest title. (more…)

  • We Rule. Now Available Worldwide.

    If you happen to be a fan of ngmoco and what they bring to both the iPhone (and iPod touch), you’ll almost certainly know that whenever they release a new application onto the App Store, they’ll first release it to iTunes Canada, only. This has resulted in all sorts of crazy, including some fans even creating Canadian accounts just get the titles before the rest of the world.

    Its so far unclear why the company chooses to do this, however it has been bantered around that this is a “systems check” to make sure the worldwide release goes as smoothly as possible. (more…)

  • In-App Robbery? I Don’t Think So.

    There are so many applications out now that are jumping the band wagon of adding in-app purchases. Feeding to the fury and disgust in many iPhone users. So many people are now leaving bad reviews for the app they buy just because they had to buy an extra item to, what they think, will better the game.   • Got Eliminate? Prepare to be Eliminated

    Last night, Ngmoco’s (MMO) first person shooter Eliminate Pro hit the App Store – to huge fanfare. Eliminate is a online first person shooter, and it works on ngmoco’s own Plus+ Network, a system which allows you to keep track of how you’re doing in each of the games supported by the service.

    You waited in your thousands for the title which was originally built in a studio flat. Now? The second coming is Here. Designed and created by Hand Circus, and published by iFunded development studio Ngmoco, comes the long awaited sequel to the smash hit sensation that is Rolando. We picked up a copy ourselves straight after word got out that is it was available late Thursday night, but what do we really think about it?
