After the iPad becoming available for pre-order on Apple.com in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK this morning, Italian focused Apple blog @iPadevice is now reporting that initial reports suggest Apple Italy may have completely exhausted their stock of iPad accessories.
