With the lack of Dashboard widgets on the iPad, its pretty clear the iPad App Store, along with its hoard of talented developers, will have to come to the rescue to cover some of the device’s missing functionality. <\/p>\n

While browsing the App Store last night, I came across a number of separate applications which mimicked the apps you’d likely find on Dashboard<\/a>. With Apple reportedly pulling applications<\/a> which completely mimic their OSX ‘Dashboard’ software as we speak<\/em>, it’s pretty clear Apple isn’t keen on the whole third-party Dashboard<\/em> idea. Hints at an Apple-designed version coming soon? – Maybe.<\/p>\n

Developed by TapFactory<\/a>, StickIt<\/a> is an application which mimics ‘Sticky Notes’ from OSX Dashboard, and it caught me eye for one reason – its interface. <\/p>\n
