{"id":18080,"date":"2010-05-07T13:18:23","date_gmt":"2010-05-07T12:18:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.razorianfly.com\/?p=18080"},"modified":"2010-05-07T13:23:39","modified_gmt":"2010-05-07T12:23:39","slug":"apples-woldwide-developers-conference-sells-out-in-8-days","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.arronhirst.com\/blog\/2010\/05\/07\/apples-woldwide-developers-conference-sells-out-in-8-days\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple&#8217;s Worldwide Developers Conference Sells Out In 8 Days"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apple&#8217;s annual <a href=\"http:\/\/developer.apple.com\/wwdc\/\" target=\"_blank\">Worldwide Developers Conference<\/a>, at which it usually announces a new revision to its iPhone hardware, has sold out. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The event was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2010\/04\/28\/apple-announces-wwdc-2010-dates-june-7-11\/\" target=\"_blank\">officially announced<\/a> by the company on April 28th 2010, and today @MacRumors is reporting the event is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2010\/05\/06\/wwdc-2010-sells-out-in-8-days\/\" target=\"_blank\">completely sold out<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The event will take place at San Francisco Moscone West from June 7-11, and as previously mentioned above, is highly expected to be focused around the iPhone OS platform. Tickets for the highly anticipated event range in price from $1000 &#8211; $1500 &#8211; with @Macworld <a href=\"http:\/\/www.macworld.com\/article\/150962\/2010\/04\/griffiths_wwdc.html\" target=\"_blank\">reporting<\/a> their ticket was $1595, a whopping $300 up from last years conference.<\/p>\n<p>This is the third WWDC in a row for Apple which has completely sold out. The first being WWDC 2008. <\/p>\n<p>With the recent unveiling of the &#8220;Next iPhone&#8221; by Gawker media network @Gizmodo, it will sure be interesting to watch what happens at WWDC this year.
