If you haven’t noticed, the new craze (well, kinda old now<\/em>) on Twitter is that of Manga Avatars. However, WeeMee seems to be the future! WeeMee is a fully fledged, fully customisable character that you can share via @FaceBook, @Twitter and can even add the created WeeMee to contacts in your Address Book. <\/p>\n

Only available for the iPhone at the moment, it is one of those applications that you need to use to see how beautifully designed it is. <\/p>\n

You’re able to create either a male or female “WeeMee”, but it doesn’t just stop there. After selecting either female or male, you’re able to customise this little creations appearance drastically. Using the multitouch technology cleverly you are able to swipe to change the appearance of practically everything, you can even make your WeeMee hold an iPhone or iPad! There are multiple parts of the WeeMee which are easily manipulated, from changing the colour of the characters skin to the colour of his beanie. The different combination’s are endless!<\/p>\n

One of the main features of this application that allows the user to experience so much more is the simplicity of posting WeeMee’s to your Twitter timeline, your FaceBook status and it even allows you to change both display pictures from within the application! The ease of viewing pre-created WeeMee’s is also something to note, with the application already having built in WeeMee’s to give you ideas of your own unique WeeMee character. Being able to do this all from your iPhone or iPod Touch is absolutely incredible, and one must think, is this really the future of Online Avatars?<\/p>\n

I truly believe that WeeMee will be the future of Online Avatars. I myself now have a WeeMee as my current Avatar on Twitter. The fact that the developers of WeeMee have allowed this distribution to Twitter and FaceBook with ease, but have even added the brand new technologies offered by both sites, is incredibly amazing and I praise them for the amount of time and effort that has obviously been put into this application. I believe that if more and more people started to play around and create their own beautifully enriched WeeMee characters, we would see WeeMee’s as the standard Avatar, mainly on Twitter.<\/p>\n

For a cheap $0.99 WeeMee Avatar Creator is (in my opinion)<\/em> absolutely amazing. To have this ability to create, edit and distribute beautifully styled WeeMee’s to Twitter and FaceBook with both simplicity and ease, is quite immersible. <\/p>\n

The fact that everything from the skin tone to the colour of your character’s sunglasses has been created to be fully customizable, WeeMee Avatar Creator is definitely an application that I believe everyone should have a play around with, especially those who spend their life on Twitter!<\/p>\n
