Developed by Mikko “Mayoneez” Oksalahati, Pakoon III: Chick Edition is a cute little puzzler for iPhone and iPod touch. Guide your chicks threw dangerous territory to escape the dreaded slaughterhouse. Just like it’s Mac and PC desktop counterparts, the game is free of charge.

There isn’t anything much else to say about this title. It’s graphically well designed, features an annoyingly addictive soundtrack, and is just plain fun to play.

The game features 26 levels each of which come at increasing difficulty. At the start of each level in the top right corner you’ll see how many ‘bombs’ you have. This is basically how many taps you have to complete the level, until the chicks become stuck with no further help from you. Pakoon III: Chick Edition works on the basis of destroying objects in the chick’s way to get to their goal located at the bottom of the screen. The faster you are, the more points you gain!
Three types of obstacle will prevent your escape. Bricks, crates and transparent containers. Each having different physical properties, this game is harder than it first looks.
