Are you a movie fan? If you are we’re pretty sure you’ll like the new motion picture application from @XHumans.
Designed to take you back to the good ol’ days of sitting in the cinema waiting for the movie to start, Cinema which has been designed exclusively to take advantage of the iPad’s larger display, allows the user to watch a different full-length movie, free of charge, at specific set showing intervals throughout the day.
There are few applications which do the same as Cinema. Where Cinema seems to win over them however, is its approach to user experience. The app is setup to mimic a theatre, with visual and audio elements such as the hush of the audience as the lights are dimming.
This is not “video on demand”. Cinema for iPad shows full feature-length movies at specific times in the day, with late night showings also available.
The app’s features are as follows:
– Highest quality movies that are free to watch around the clock
– Frequently changing 24/7 hour schedule
– A “theatre lobby” where patrons can chat about their favorite features
– Patrons can invite their friends to view a film together
Cinema is available on the App Store, exclusively for iPad, starting at £1.79
