Well, that didn’t take long. After the iPad becoming available for pre-order on Apple.com in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK this morning, Italian focused Apple blog @iPadevice is now reporting that initial reports suggest Apple Italy may have completely exhausted their stock of iPad accessories.
The site received a tip-off from reader Martina, who showed via a screenshot of her pending orders that her just-ordered iPad order would be pushed back to June 7th.
Apple typically offers four main accessories for its iPad. A dock without keyboard, a dock with keyboard, camera connection kit and official Apple case. It is still unclear if this is reflected worldwide, or which specific accessories are affected by the push back.
