With WWDC a mere 7 days away, a prominent industry analyst on Friday came out of the woodwork with his own educated guesses, as to what the price tag of Apple’s 4th generation iPhone will be.

Citing nothing other than previous release pricing as his source, Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster on Friday predicted the Cupertino-based company will this year introduce two new models into its iPhone product line on June 7th.

With no model-specific features stated other than storage capacity, Munster reckons we’ll see a 32GB model which will run consumers $199 and a further 64GB model which he’s predicting will run consumers just $100 more, at $299.

As we reported last week, Apple recently pulled the iPhone 3G from sale on their online stores, with many citing WWDC and the announcement of the next-generation iPhone as the possible reason for this.
