@Ngmoco, developers of the popular Pocket God-esque time management title @GodFingerGame, have today announced a major update has been submitted for the iPhone and iPod touch-supported version of the game.
The colourful title which sees player trying to manage and maintain their own world, plating crops, causing down-pours, growing plants, and creating a general buzzing civilization, has proven popular with the App Store crowd since its introduction onto the store at the beginning of this year.
Announced via a tweet this afternoon, the company confirmed what they described to be a “BIG Update” to the iPhone (and iPod touch) supported versions of the game, has been submitted to Apple for review.
Despite originally only being available in Canada as part of the company’s ‘Beta’ period, God Finger attracted users across the world, with many creating iTunes Canada accounts to gain access to it.
Alongside today’s announcement of the upcoming iPhone update, the company also hinted that an iPad update is on the way, soon. With no further information on either of these updates yet, you can count on it that we’ll be keeping a close eye out for any specific features announced in the coming days and weeks.
